The pass also carries a smaller perk that is easy to miss: a Season Pass Bonus that lets you summon Shenron for items such as costumes and zeni. That is a convenience bonus rather than a character, so it does not change the roster maths below.
Every pack in the pass has now shipped. The last one, Dragon Ball DAIMA: Character Pack 2, arrived in September 2025, which means anyone buying the pass today is buying a finished product rather than a promise — a genuinely different proposition from the launch-day gamble in October 2024.

HERO OF JUSTICE Pack (11 characters)
The largest single pack in the pass, drawn entirely from Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero: Gohan (Super Hero) plus his Super Saiyan and Ultimate forms, Gohan Beast, Piccolo (Super Hero) and his Power Awakening form, Orange Piccolo and Orange Piccolo Giant Form, Gamma 1, Gamma 2 and Cell Max.
Dragon Ball DAIMA: Character Pack 1 (8 characters)
Mini Goku (Super Saiyan), Mini Vegeta and his Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2 and Super Saiyan 3 forms, plus Glorio, Panzy and Majin Kuu. Five of the eight are transformation variants of two characters, which is worth knowing if you judge a pack by its headline number.

The biggest DLC is not in the season pass
This is the single most common point of confusion, and it is worth stating plainly: Super Limit-Breaking NEO is not part of the season pass. It released on July 29, 2026 as a separate purchase at $34.99 — exactly the same price as the entire first season pass.
It is also bigger than the pass. Bandai Namco’s own announcement puts it at 33 characters, four stages and a new Limit Breaker Journey mode. The season pass, across four drops between January and September 2025, delivered 26 characters. Measured per dollar, the expansion that season pass holders do not get is the better value of the two.

Buy it if you want the Super Hero movie roster and the DAIMA cast and you expect to play more than a handful of matches. Twenty-six fighters for $34.99 is fair, everything has shipped, and there is no waiting involved.
